Our trade desk verifies available elevator lots against buyer parameters, preparing indicative proforma pricing and delivery schedules.

Contract Agreement & Payment Security

Parties execute standard international grain trade contract (e.g. GAFTA framework). Payment terms typically confirmed via Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC / LC at sight) or agreed CAD.

Independent Quality Inspection & Documentation

Accredited surveyors (SGS, Cotecna, Bureau Veritas) perform sampling and testing at port/terminal. Ukrainian phytosanitary and EUR.1 origin certificates are prepared.

Vessel Loading & Shipment Execution

Grain is transferred into vessel cargo holds, container liners, or rail hoppers with full draft surveying and marine bill of lading issuance.
